Who are Our Staff?Homelink Staff

All individuals are employees of HomeLink Home Care and supervised by a licensed nurse.

Prior to employment, we complete an extensive background check that includes as a minimum:

  • Skills and training verification as a Certified Home Health Aide or State Tested Nursing Assistant.
  • References from prior employers
  • Police background checks and fingerprinted for clearance through the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation. If the applicant has not lived in Ohio consecutively for five years a background check is also completed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
  • Finally, they receive an extensive orientation to the high standards of care HomeLink holds them accountable to.

Because all individuals are employees of HomeLink Home Care you need not be concerned about filing Federal, State, or Local tax forms.  Nor do you need to be concerned about acquiring Worker’s Compensation coverage.  Both of these are very important details to keep in mind.

All employees are paid by HomeLink as are the taxes required by law.  In addition, all employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation, bonded, and insured.
